Manny Pacquiao shoulder injury: why did boxer fail to disclose? - TomoNews

Manny Pacquiao could face disciplinary action from the Nevada State Boxing Commission for failing to disclose a shoulder injury before stepping in the ring with wife beater Floyd Mayweather Junior.

In addition, a lawsuit seeking class action status has also been filed. The suit seeks $5 million because Pacquiao failed to disclose the injury and anyone who wagered on the fight, purchased tickets or bought pay-per-view showings could collect damages.

As everyone who’s not a boxing fan knows, Pacquiao lost his fight with Mayweather on Sunday.
