Amreli: The unseasonal rains and slumping cotton prices left farmers bleeding. Now, when farmers have sold out cotton stock at cheaper rates, the government has increased the prices of cotton which has brought no cheer for farmers. The farmers have claimed the move to be the government's conspiracy to retain farmers into cotton growing.
