HONEST government engineer brutally thrashed - Tv9 Gujarati

Bhavnagar: Complete lawlessness prevailed in the district panchayat office when a group of four to five armed persons close to a local BJP member brutally thrashed a government engineer in his office. The group barged into the office of HD Amin, an additional assistant engineer in the roads and buildings department (panchayat) and started beating him with base ball bats. The fight was over payment of pending bills of road construction. Amin deducted money from the actual payment as the contractor failed to do work properly. Police has arrested two accused within hours and started further investigation to nab the rest.
