Tv9 IMPACT: Authorities 'wake up' to plight of dead bodies - Tv9 Gujarati

Ahmedabad: Immediately after Tv9's report on how bodies were being stuffed in cold storage units at the morgue in Ahmedabad Civil Hospital and how the dead bodies are left indisposed for several days, authorities have swung into action. The authorities have now looked into the matter and assured to dispose as many as 50 corpses. Following the report on Tv9 Gujarati, the team of Ekta Trust came forward to perform the last rites for unclaimed bodies at Ahmedabad Civil Hospital.
