Sexual assault or play? Mom tries to sue family of boy who grabbed her son’s junk

Two elementary age boys — let’s call them Jimmy and Johnson, shall we? — were playing with each other’s “birds” at school when the play got a little rough. So rough the police became involved.
One day at school, Jimmy squeezed his friend’s pecker and the little boy fell to the floor in tears. The incident so traumatized Johnson that he had nightmares about his one-eyed snake getting crushed and told his mother about what had happened at school. Johnson’s mother was so upset she reported the incident to the police, accusing the other little boy of sexually assaulting her son.
The boy’s teacher said that the two boys were good friends and constantly grabbing each other’s junk at school. The play was mutual and it was just typical rough housing between two boys.
After all, Jimmy and Johnson are just two best friends who like each other’s steak and eggs.
