Surat: The 'Jan Seva Centre' of the city is under a cloud over making forgery certificates. The Jan Seva Kendra allegedly make fake certificates which came to light with the help of a Forensic Expert. The centre is not only blamed of making fake certificates, but it is also involved in corruption in different ways. It takes bribe from the person who do not have adequate documents or want to avoid long queues. The authorities junked the all allegations on camera.
