Caught on tape: Philadelphia teen knocks out elderly man with a single blow

Philadelphia police are seeking the public's help with identifying a teenager who was caught on tape punching an elderly man in the face after an argument aboard a train.
The tape, released by transit police shows the two arguing for several minutes aboard a train Monday afternoon. At one point, a girl steps between them attempting to intervene.
Once on the platform the argument continues and ends with a crowd forming around the duo. The teen the punches the man, knocking him out with a single blow. The teen then fled the scene.
The victim suffered a concussion and a broken jaw.
