The Mudgal Committee panel, appointed to probe the spot-fixing and betting scandal in the sixth edition of Indian Premier League, has given a clean chit to Board of Control for Cricket in India president-in-exile Narayanaswami Srinivasan, who was not involved with match fixing activity.
