Michigan Police Chase Moped Driver

James Herbert from Muskegon County, Michigan, was having a normal day at work when he heard police sirens outside and took out his phone to record a video. He was stunned when he saw several police cars chasing a man driving a moped. According to local reports, police were in pursuit of a man suspected of threatening his mother and girlfriend with a sledgehammer and a knife before attempting to set a house on fire.
