Pre-Teen Accused of Stealing Cement Truck, Leading Police on Chase

A juvenile was arrested on Sunday, March 20, after stealing a cement truck and leading police on a chase around Dodge Center, Minnesota.
The chase reportedly began on Highway 14 and involved the truck driving along a number of roads.
