Ahmedabad: Those who believed that Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation's Commissioner Dr. Guruprasad Mohapatra would tear apart all problems and issues of Amdavadis during his tenure are shocked as well as upset by what happened during monsoon. His performance so far was not satisfied because of his irregularities.
