A six-year-old boy in China miraculously walked away from a terrifying accident. The child had been playing at the side of a driveway when an SUV appeared right behind him and ran him over.
A six-year-old boy in China miraculously walked away from a terrifying accident. The child had been playing at the side of a driveway when an SUV appeared right behind him.
The boy’s back was towards the car and all of his attention was focused on entertaining himself. Unfortunately he never saw the vehicle approach him.
The SUV drove towards him slowly, but instead of stopping, the driver continued moving and plowed right over him. Once the vehicle was past him, he stood up, put his hand on his back and quickly walked to the other side of the street.
He was later taken to a doctor. Amazingly, the boy’s only injuries were scratches to his face and legs.
His family is stunned that he is still alive. Police say there are a number of factors contributing to his survival.
One of which is his small size. Also, the chassis of the vehicle is high and he was in between two wheels when the SUV drove over him.
Officers were able to track down the driver. He claimed he never saw the boy in the street and wasn’t aware an accident had occurred.
