The nose:
Vanilla, Caramel, from the treated wood of the cask. This is combined with fruitiness of cherry and peaches. Later you get spiciness and nuttiness.
The taste:
Its very intense and sharp, like a typical rye whisky. It becomes smoother and mellower as it progresses.
The finish:
Waves of the sharp rye comes back in waves as it fades out.
