West has been fighting for over a decade and racked up tons of hard fought victories. West uses great footwork and head movement to get inside and score and get out of harm's way. Gerula is a heavy handed fighter that can end a fight with a single punch. Gerula has an iron chin and loves to walk her opponent's down inside the ring. Look for Gerula to try and cut off the ring and get West in a corner. This bout promises to be a shootout with the contrasting game plans going into it.
Brenda Gonzales takes on Lucia Osegueda. Gonzales is a rising star that is looking to make her mark against her toughest test to date. Gonzales is a punishing body puncher and has doubled over several of her past opponents. Osegueda is another boxer that uses the full array of punches and she can equally do damage with uppercuts, hooks and body shots. Expect fireworks from these two.
Sherine Thomas battles Vanessa Bradford. Thomas and Bradford are looking to rise up the ladder and for one of them, they will do just that. Both women come into the ring with their backs against the ropes and will be looking to not only win, but prove a point that they belong in future main events for NCWB.
