The Cocktail Spirit with Robert Hess - The Gin and Tonic
The Gin & Tonic is of course an extremely simple drink to make, but is that any reason to avoid it? I don't think so. Especially when you use quality ingredients.

Recipe:
2 oz gin
tonic water
Instructions:
Pour gin over ice.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish with lime wedge.
