These heavily armed men are with the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) --- They appeared to be celebrating their seizure of Mosul --- just one of the northern cities they claimed during a blitz across the region.

Security sources say militants were also seen in the Iraqi city of Baiji, reportedly torching the court house and police station after freeing prisoners.
They are believed to be headed for Baghdad.
