Court slaps Rs. 2.5 lakh fine for passport delay, Surendranagar- Tv9 Gujarati

The Regional Passport Office (RPO) of Surendranagar has been found to be deficient in service for inordinate delay in issuing a passport. Applicant claimed that the reasons are unexplained due to which he lost his job in foreign. Regional passport office fined Rs. 2.5 Lakh by Consumer court on complaint.
