Episode 3 introduces emergency physician Dr. Pam Okada and reintroduces plastic surgeon Dr. Alex Kane. Dr. Okada responds to several acute cases in the fast-paced Emergency Department, including three children who were injured in a vehicle rollover on the interstate. And Dr. Kane performs a procedure on 16-year-old Taylor Pierre that will ultimately result in him having a new nostril created out of his own forehead skin.
