Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Can Sue YouTube Founder for Leaked Proposal Video - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West can move forward in their lawsuit over their leaked engagement proposal video. As John Basedow (@JohnBasedow) reports, YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley's motion to dismiss the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star and 'Yeezus' singer's lawsuit against him for posting footage from their epic engagement to his Mixbit.com website got denied. The judge reportedly scoffed at Hurley's claim he didn't know he signed a confidentiality agreement since the word 'confidentiality' was at the top of the paper.
