3-Year-Old Girl Killed By Family Pit Bull

Tragically, a three-year-old child was recently killed by a pit bull terrier.
Tragically, a three-year-old child was recently killed by a pit bull terrier. According to someone familiar with the family, the little girl named Braelynn Rayne Coulter had been playing with the male dog when out of the blue, he attacked.
"Coulter's mother tried to save her daughter but the dog went after her too. The dog is now at the Guilford County Animal Shelter where he'll likely be put down in the next few weeks." [WFMY]
According to reports, the pit bull was the Coulter’s pet. Directly after the incident, police arrived at the family home located in High Point, North Carolina.
By that time, a relative had already rushed the child to the nearest hospital. Sadly it was too late. The little girl passed away at the medical facility.
The same spokesperson who talked on behalf of the family claimed the dog had never shown any signs of aggression before the fatal attack.
A gofundme campaign has been initiated to help the family pay for Braelynn’s funeral expenses.
Relatives released a statement noting ‘She will be missed dearly! Heaven is a little prettier today with Braelynn there.’
