Vacker, UAE supplies various temperature monitoring solutions and data loggers for cold rooms, ware houses, chiller rooms,refrigerator, freezer etc. for all industrial segments including Pharmaceutical, Food & Chemical industries.
This device monitors and records temperature and humidity of cold room and ware house. The main features of the system are this is completely stand alone system without the need of a computer or Local area network, data can be downloaded using a U S B cable, voice call and SMS alert to 10 operators using a SIM card, local siren can also be connected, a dry contact is available to activate any other building management system etc.
It has external temperature and humidity sensors and is completely with battery backup which lasts for couple of days.
The data logger has a capacity of recording 8000 readings which is 80 days if readings are taken every 15 minutes and can be downloaded through a U S B connection
This is the cold room and two temperature sensors are placed at two corners of the cold room. Both the sensors are separately programmed for upper and lower alert levels. Phone call and SMS alerts are made using a SIM card and local phone lines are not required.
Phone call and SMS are made to 10 different operators. Here you can see the incoming phone call.
After listening to the voice message, the operator has to acknowledge the call by pressing the hash button. After acknowledging the call if the problem is not attended within certain duration, the phone calls will be repeated.
