UN finds evidence of multiple chemical attacks in Syria

United Nations inspectors have confirmed that chemical weapons have been used during the war in Syria at least once, and likely several more times.
The final report has been handed over to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and will be sent to members of the UN Security Council.
