Real Madrid supports football training for millions of Chinese students

Beijing, 1 Nov (EFE), (Camera: Antonio Broto).- Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez signed in Beijing an agreement to assist education authorities in China teach football to Chinese youth, an ambitious project that could benefit 200 million students across the country.



Pérez signed the agreement with representatives from the Federation of University Sport of China and the Chinese School Sport Federation attached to the Ministry of Education, in presence of Spain's Minister for Education, Culture and Sport, José Ignacio Wert.



The agreement, the Real Madrid president told Efe, is part of "an ambitious project to help Chinese people through the Ministry of Education, to encourage the practice of football".
