Prisoners can be very creative when it comes to finding escape routes.

Four prisoners recently escaped from the Caddo County detention center located in Oklahoma. 32-year-old Triston Cheadle, 23-year-old Prime Brown, 24-year-old Anthony Mendonca and 21-year-old Dylan Irons escaped the building via a trap door which was located above a shower in the facility.

Caddo County Sheriff Gene Cain detailed their escape route stating it was “just a small area; somehow they were able to get the door off the hatch and crawl in this space. They kind of followed the pipe to where it came down into a room, which is outside actually the jail to a door.”

Three of the males had been waiting for transport to the Department of Corrections following their sentencing. Jail staff learned about the incident after a witness called in to report four men wearing bright orange jumpsuits were running down the street.
Two of the four suspects have reportedly been captured, and vehicle checkpoints have been set up to aid the search. The sheriff said the men should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees them is asked to call 911 immediately.
