General strike against detention of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails

There has been a general strike in the occupied West Bank against Israeli detention of Palestinian prisoners.
The move comes ahead of the 'Day of Rage', organised by Fatah.
It is calling on Palestinians to confront Israeli soldiers on Friday.
