Northern Ireland police who arrested three men in connection with a planned mortar attack have said the men were just minutes away from firing the homemade bombs.
The men behind the attack are thought to be dissident nationalists, who split from the Irish Republican Army (IRA) after a 1998 peace deal and ceasefire.
