Why was Salman khan stopped by traffic stop?

In the past, we have seen that Bollywood stars Vidya Balan and Ajay Devgn who were stopped on the road by the traffic cops for retaining the tinted glasses in their respective cars. We now have superstar Salman Khan who has joined this club as he was recently stopped by the traffic police. We hear that each time Vidya Balan is stopped by a cop for this issue, she pays the fine without any hesitation as she is aware of the law that was passed against tinted car glasses. The 35-year-old actress requests the cops to let her keep the tinted film because she cannot handle the harsh sunlight.
When Salman was in his high-end vehicle, we hear that the traffic police stopped his vehicle at the Worli exit as his car had the tinted film on it. However, what's interesting is that the cops were delighted to see Salman and they just gave him a subtle warning instead of making this an issue.
