A police compound in Ankara has been struck by rockets, according to the Turkish interior ministry.

Interior Minister Muammer Guler said two rockets hit two police buildings at the directorate, which is in the suburb of Dikmen.

No one was killed or injured by the attack.

One of the attackers was killed in a shoot-out with police and another was wounded.
