Ban Ki-moon confirms chemical weapons used in Syria in "chilling" U-N report. The report highlights how the U-N talked to medical personnel and survivors. He also says 85 percent of the blood samples tested positive for Sarin and most of the rock particles in the area showed signs of sarin as well.
