As the civil war rages on, the question of whether President Bashar al-Assad's regime has used chemical weapons, or if the rebels have, is now a major talking point.

Washington has long said that evidence of the use of chemical weapons was a qoute red line that would prompt the US to take action.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said it's been al-Assad regime who've fired missiles with chemical weapons at the rebels.

During an interview with NBC news, he made clear his view.
