Boy, 8, steals, drives, crashes car, kills 6 year old sister

An eight year old boy goes on a thrill ride with his little sister in the car and she ends up dead. The two took their mother’s car after she thought they were in bed. When she saw they were missing, she called the police, thinking they were kidnapped.
