Hooters bans San Diego city mayor Bob Filner from its restaurants. Filner has been under fire for alleged sexual harassment. The signs declaring the ban went up on Tuesday morning, and the chain known for their shirt-stretching servers is receiving backlash for a line on the sign that says "We believe women should be treated with respect".
