Surveillance Footage Of Shoplifting Mother Beaten By Cop

Brandie Redell was caught shoplifting close to $400 of women's clothing in a department store earlier this year. In custody something set the cop off and in this surveillance video, you can see him punching Redell multiple times in the face. Some say it's deserved, most say the cop deserves to do time himself.
