Tv9 Gujarat - Mumbai Woman locked in flat for month found dead

A woman was found dead in her Nalasopar flat on Wednesday. According to police officials Ramesh Rai locked her wife in the flat and went to her native flat. She survived on the ration in house but once it was over she died of severe starvation. Neighbours complained police as foul smell started emanating from the flat.
