Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi met top BJP leaders of Maharashtra in Mumbai on Thursday to discuss on strategy fo forthcoming Loksabh election. Former BJP president Nitin Gadkari gave skip to the meet which has raised eyebrows.
