An FIR was lodged against an SP MLA of Aligarh on Wednesday for allegedly threatening an RI to kill him on the pretext of removing his gunner without taking permission from him. MLA has been identified as Thakur Rakesh Singh, who first threatened him over the phone and then went to the RI office and abused him.
