For the second straight game of this NBA Finals series both LeBron James and Dwyane Wade could not make half of their shots. The Big 3 scored 40 of the Heat’s 103 points. We will see if the supporting cast can tally over 60% of Miami’s points now as the series goes on the road for the next three games at San Antonio. Miami has averaged 95 points in their seven road games during the playoffs. They are 3-0 in game three’s which were all on the road with each win coming by double digits.

The Spurs shot just 41% in defeat and connected on 10 of 20 from the field. San Antonio got to the free throw line 14 times and canned 10 shots.

Danny Green led the Spurs with 17 points on a perfect 6 of 6 night from the field. Tony Parker had just 13 points and five assists as he made 5 of his 14 shots. It was an off night for Tim Duncan who scored nine points and pulled down eleven boards on 3 of 13 from the field. San Antonio’s big three of Duncan, Ginobili and Parker combined for 10 of 33 shooting. San Antonio is 6-1 at home in the playoffs. They have averaged 102.8 points per game in their home playoff games. Worth noting they put up 99 points at home per playoff game against an outstanding defensive club in the Memphis Grizzlies.
