Four children, Otto and Reggie Rocket, Maurice "Twister" Rodriguez, and Sam "Spaddel" Dullard , surf , skate , play street hockey , and ride BMX . Twister mostly shoots videos , often of Otto surfing/skating/boarding etc. Otto and Reggie's father, Ray, owns a coffee shop called Shore Shack with his buddy Tito. Together they experience many adventures.
