VMFA-211 is attached to the United Kingdom’s Carrier Strike Group 21, a UK-led international strike group.

In this footage we see the F-35B Lightning II fighter planes, take-off from the inclined ramp (aka - ski ramp; banana ramp), this exercise was conducted to to display the interoperability of the F-35B and the importance of integration between the forces of the United Kingdom Carrier Strike Group (UK CSG), and the US Navy Amphibious Ready Group/Marine Expeditionary Unit.
