I am an investor, serial entrepreneur, life hacker, & inspirational speaker focused on sales, business, and personal growth. When I am not busy running one of the multi-million dollar sales companies that have generated hundreds of millions in sales collectively...I study, write, and create disruptive business and financing opportunities. I am also a regular contributor to Forbes, Real Trends and Inman News. I have overcome many challenges from a young age to get to where I am today. I faced adversity as I dealt with a toxic home environment with financial hardships, the untimely deaths of my best friend, younger brother and mother, as well as family homelessness. I became independent at only 11-years-old and against all odds, set out on his own and broke free from an atmosphere where I was destined to fail. A pinnacle turning point was discovering personal growth and turning my hardships into success for others. I was absolutely tired of dealing with mediocrity and I knew that I deserved a life filled with abundance. I have come from nothing and went from being a high school dropout to a Professor of Finance at Purdue University at the ripe, young age of only 22-years-old. I went on to accomplish my lifelong dream of being a Stockbroker on Wall Street and further developed my entrepreneurial achievements; to date generating more than $1 billion dollars in total revenue between my companies combined. However, after reaching what I thought was the pinnacle of my success, my primary company of 15 years, Lifstyl Real Estate, imploded in 2019 after growing over 300% within a two week period through rushed acquisitions! This unexpected and bootstrapped, exponential growth ended up bankrupting the company and completely wiped out ALL of my net worth, 20 years’ worth of wealth accumulation. I had to start all over from scratch and am currently restructuring and rebuilding through JMXE Capital, an alternative finance fund.
