Mufti Abdul Rehman Khizer was born on September 18, 1997 in a village of district Layyah, Punjab. He is a Pakistani Islamic scholar. He graduated as a scholar (Aalmiyyah degree) and Takhassus (Specialization) in Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh and fatwa) from Jamia Darul-Uloom, Karachi. He wrote a research thesis on “Artificial insemination in the light of Shari’ah” and wrote more than 350 approved fatwas on different topics at Darul Ifta Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi under Supervision of Justice (r) Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani DB.
Mufti Abdul Rehman Khizer has been serving as:
1. Instructor of different subjects of Sharia.
2. Imam & Khateeb at Multan Institute of Kidney Diseases Multan, Punjab.
3. Director and spokesperson of “Al-Hmra Foundation”.
