Nestor Makhno's Ghost

This channel contains all twelve episodes of the biopic drama series Nine Lives of Nestor Makhno, which I translated to English and subtitled.

The project used to be hosted on my YouTube channel, but following a false DMCA campaign against it, I decided to migrate it here. Part of that move is to IP block all of my videos from being viewable in Russia, so as to avoid any further false DMCA attacks. If this impedes your access - my apologies, but I will not budge on this. In this case, I recommend you use a proxy to get around the block.

The videos are the same as the ones I had on YouTube, except the subtitles here are "burned" into the video track - this means you need not turn them on, they are always on. This also means that if you rip the video out of DailyMotion, you'll get the subs as well - all are welcome to do this, of course, just don't sell my work for money. If you are non-seeing and thus need subtitles to have software read them, please leave a comment on one of the videos and I will provide you a copy of the subtitle .srt files - my apologies in advance for the inconvenience.

I will probably also translate and subtitle music videos I like and eventually upload those here as well. If anyone has suggestions for future projects, please leave them in the comments, and if you have any corrections to suggest, please don't be shy and comment on the relevant video.
