Dr Chris Nutting is a Consultant Oncologist based at London’s Royal Marsden Hospital who specialises in treating cancer patients. Dr Nutting has gained many qualifications throughout the course of his career, as well as receiving many professional prizes and awards for his work in the medical field.

In 1989, Dr Nutting received a 1st Class BSc in Cell Pathology; he later gained an MB BS in 1992, a Medical Doctorate in 2001 and a PhD in 2012.

Postgraduate prizes and awards include the 2018 Fellow Academy of Medical Sciences; the Quality in Care Award in 2013; and the Leonard Levy Prize in 2000.

Dr Chris Nutting’s previous appointments include Specialist Registrar, Cancer Research Campaign Clinical Research Fellow and Honorary Senior Registrar, and Chairman of the National Cancer Research Institute Clinical Studies Group for head and neck cancer. Dr Nutting’s current clinical post focuses on managing patients with head, neck, thyroid and lung malignancy.
