Paris faces massive clean up after football riots

The morning after the night before.
Parisians woke up on Tuesday to streets littered with broken glass and destroyed cars after soccer club Paris St Germain's victory celebrations turned into a riot.
Scenes like these - PSG fans clashing with police, who used tear gas to control the crowds - have shocked the country.
An estimated 15,000 fans had crowded into a square near the Eiffel Tower to celebrate PSG's first league title since 1994.
Around 30 people were injured in the clashes.
French Interior Minister Manuel Valls condemned the violence - and the lingering problems in football.
(SOUNDBITE) (French) FRENCH INTERIOR MINISTER MANUEL VALLS SAYING:
"It is obvious that football is still sick. It's the case for Paris Saint-Germain. It's also the case for numerous other clubs."
Residents were just as disappointed.
(SOUNDBITE) (French) PARIS RESIDENT CHRISTIANE:
"It's pathetic. What a sight to show to the world. Awful. Awful."
