Mamata Banerjee offers bill to protect investors

The Mamata Banerjee government is all set to bring in a new bill to protect the interests of investors in chit funds. But is it too little too late? The opposition Left has alleged that the bill is just a rehash of an earlier one, and have raised questions over the retrospective provisions in it.
