Cyber security bill stalled at US Senate

A controversial Cybersecurity Bill has stalled in the U-S Senate. The legislation was meant to improve information-sharing between the government and the private sector. But it has sparked fierce opposition from civil liberties groups. Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports from Washington.
