BREAKING: Charges Dropped Against Doc Accused of Severing Babies’ Spines

(WPVI) -- The judge in the trial of abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell dropped three of the murder charges against him on Tuesday.

Gosnell, 72, was charged in the deaths of seven babies and one woman. The charges dropped were for three of the baby deaths. He still faces murder charges on the woman's overdose death and the deaths of four babies who were allegedly killed after being born alive.
