Reese Witherspoon: Arrested and embrassed

Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon has apologized after being arrested for disorderly conduct in Atlanta, Georgia saying she had drunk too much and is "deeply embarrassed" by her behavior.
The 37-year-old was arrested after arguing with a police officer who stopped her husband, talent agent James Toth, on suspicion of drunken driving.
According to the police report - during the traffic stop, the actress asked the officer if he knew who she was, saying: "You're about to find out who I am. ... You're going to be on national news."
In a statement following the incident, Witherspoon said, "I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. I have nothing but respect for the police and I am very sorry for my behavior."
The couple was released from custody and are scheduled to appear in court on April 22.
