Speaking outside his Maryland home, Ruslan Tsarni, the uncle of the two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings, had this message for his nephew.

SOUNDBITE: Ruslan Tsarni, Uncle Of Boston bombing suspects saying:

"Dvhokar, if you're alive, turn yourself in and ask for forgiveness, from the victims, from the injured and from those who left ask for forgiveness from those people. We're not requiring for forgiveness in this family. Never, ever would imagine that somehow the children of my brother would be associated with that. So it is an atrocity. We're devastated. We're shocked. Yet again I don't know, this family does not know to share that grief with the real victims."

He also offered insight on what may have provoked his nephews.

SOUNDBITE: Ruslan Tsarni, Uncle Of Boston bombing suspects uncle saying:

"Umm, being losers. Hatred to those who were able to settle themselves. These are the only reasons I can imagine of. Anything else. Anything else
