Explosions Near Finish Line of Boston Marathon

Police on the scene after an explosion at finish line of the Boston Marathon. Blood stains were visible even from above. The race which draws thousands each year had to be suspended as people scrambled to clear the area. It isn't clear at this point how many are injured.
